Acv40 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the acv40 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and acv40 as the platform operator. Continued use of our services following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform is for personal purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on acv40. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed immediately. acv40 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of the platform's security process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact acv40 support immediately via the in-platform chat function.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Acv40 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities
- Posting content that is offensive, unlawful, or disruptive to other users
- Any attempt to manipulate odds, betting outcomes, or platform systems through dishonest means
Acv40 reserves the right to monitor activity on the platform to ensure compliance with these terms. Users suspected of violating the rules may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on acv40 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods — including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow — to make deposits and withdrawals convenient for Malaysian users.
Deposits made into your account are final and cannot be reversed once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate before confirming any transaction. acv40 is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect information provided by the user during a transaction.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the procedures and processing times set by the platform. acv40 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. This is part of our standard security measures to protect user accounts.
The platform reserves the right to withhold or reverse funds where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, multi-account use, or a breach of terms. In such cases, acv40 will notify the relevant user via email or an in-platform message.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Acv40 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service interruptions, technical errors, or data corruption. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the acv40 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of acv40 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from acv40.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. acv40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Acv40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of terms, suspected fraud, unauthorised use, a user's own request, or for legitimate operational reasons. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a user violation, any valid remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
Changes to These Terms
Acv40 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the acv40 platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
